Inauguration of efiling in City Civil Court, Calcutta

Efiling was virtually inaugurated on 01.03.2023 by The Honb’le The Chief Justice of India and since then efiling is operational as per order of Honb’le CPC, High Court, Calcutta in City Civil Court, Calcutta. It is a great step forward in computerization of courts. It may greatly facilitate the litigants and lawyers as well as they may file cases from there home or anywhere else using computers or other internet capable devices.
